Sheila’s been having a persistent pain in her leg, similar to how the blood clots have felt, so she went to the hospital today and they ran some blood tests. The Lovenox should be thinning her blood to prevent clots, but they’re check in case it’s not, or perhaps her blood is too thin. I couldn’t go with her because I’m in Pennsylvania dealing with the shutdown announcements.

As for the unexplained pain in her neck/ear they’re going to run a brain scan. It’s been a year since the last one, so they have to check anyway for tumors. Dr. B is still insistent that it’s not being caused by any problem(s) with the thyroid.

Still no results from the thyroid biopsy.
